Shipping Policy


We make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. 

We Ship our products to Worldwide 

We will ship within 2 business days after confirm the delivery address, business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday. The item will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Airmail Service. 

We ship to address provided by PAYPAL. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first as we will only ship to your PAYPAL address. Make sure your detail address and full name in PayPal is absolutely correct. 

Shipping time as bellow(for example only): 
JAPAN .SINGAPORE and other Southeast Asian countries -5-20 business days 
USA, Canada and Australia-7-20 business days 
Germany, France, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Holland and Austria – 10-30 business days 
Others Asian country or European countries country (Portugal, Spain, Israel except Italy) – 15-40 business days 
Italy. RUSSIA. Ukraine. South America countries (Brazil. Chile and so on, you’d better pay 2-3 dollars for tracking) - 20-60 business days. 

Tracking number will be provided. 

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to Air parcel service unstable, IF you still not receive item Exceed your Expectation, Please Kindly contact us immediately, the Negative feedback can't resolve any problem.


Customs and Tax


Buyer must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We are no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/ or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the package is kept or confiscated by custom, we will not be responsible for any lost, including but not limited to the postage and the item cost. 


Return & Refund Policy


 In order to provide full customer satisfaction, we have a complete return and refund policy to protect your purchase. 

If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange. Please take a picture of the damaged product then send it back to us, we will deliver the same product or equivalent price’s product subjected to the stock situation, of course, you can request for a sales refund, In order to provide full customer satisfaction, we have a complete return and refund policy to protect your purchase. 

Please note that we do not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product or customer purchased the wrong item. * We reserve the right to the explanation and decision of refund policy at us at any time. In any return case, shipping, handing fees are non-refundable; return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. 

 

Defective Items


 If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact us. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, we will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.
